Initially a flight attendant with a culinary passion, Glory's journeys nurtured her global palate, particularly in Brazil's Salvador de Bahia through various culinary events and exchanges. Eventually, she relocated to London to pursue her dream as an independent chef.
Her vibrant, innovative cooking narrates a spicy, satisfying story, appealing to a wide audience. For nearly two years, she's been redefining taste experiences, garnering acclaim and building a loyal clientele, including notable figures like singer FKA Twigs.
Returning to France, Glory further honed her skills in Parisian haute cuisine before establishing her own distinct culinary identity, fusing plant-based ingredients with African diaspora influences. Her success was immediate, attracting diverse clientele from fashion houses to private individuals, and growing her community both in reality and online. Celebrated as a trailblazer of Afro veganism by "Libération", Glory intertwines her love for yoga and dance into her cooking, reflecting modern socio-cultural trends and focusing on health, women's roles, and environmental concerns.
Her journey took an exciting turn in 2021 with a collaboration at the World Expo in Dubai and since continued with culinary residencies in France and all over the world (including Cameroon, USA, Germany, Mexico, Ghana etc.) making her unique dishes accessible to a broader audience.
