Originally from Mali, he remains deeply attached to the authentic flavours of Africa. Yet his culinary art knows no borders. He also draws heavily on the richness of Asian cuisine and the arts, creating a unique and daring blend. His cuisine is a playground where he experiments and fuses cultures, perfectly illustrating his vision of the world.
But Diadié is more than just a maestro in the kitchen; he is an artist at heart, drawing inspiration from his passions for music and photography, as well as his enriching travels. The emblematic chef of "La Chope des Artistes" in Paris, he regularly puts down his suitcases (and his knives) in some of the most inspired kitchens between France and West Africa: Soho House (Paris), Livingston (Marseille), Bushman (Abidjan), Keliba café (Dakar) and so on. Proof, if any were needed, of his creativity and his cuisine without frontiers, his adventures have even led him to become a private chef for... Madonna in NYC!
