Democratising and renewing African cuisine in France
'African Tables' is a travelling culinary concept that brings together and revisits the best of African and Caribbean cuisine.
After more than a hundred events in France and abroad, we had the opportunity to launch a 6-month pop-up at Point Éphémère, a cultural and artistic centre with a rich and varied programme. Using the different areas of the venue (a kitchen + a rooftop), we created a menu that showcases the richness of the African culinary heritage, both on the plate and in the form of tapas.
The African Tables concept is also a finalist of the prestigious Bourse Badoit 2019 competition.
