Ground Africa festival
A season of Afro-Parisian cuisine
A revolution in African cuisine!
In one of Paris' most emblematic cultural venues, we designed and produced "Ground Africa", a unique festival celebrating African cuisine and culture (and its diaspora) in Paris.
For three months, Ground Control hosted some of the French capital's most creative Afro-inspired cuisine in its food court. We also devised and combined a cultural programme with a series of themed highlights. An immersion in the art of living and the revival of African cuisine to discover the riches of the Afro-culinary heritage and promote the talents of a new Parisian scene.
Beyond cuisine, it was also an opportunity to bring together leading figures and new faces, and to bear witness to the boundless dynamism and creativity of these players.
