L'Été à Paris | Pop-up restaurants

For 3 years, we created and managed two summer concepts of ephemeral bars in the Paris region. An innovative and pioneering concept at the time, these "enchanted interludes" gave new life to unused spaces by opening them up to the general public.

"L'Été de Saint-Germain" is the experience of Parisian phlegm. An open-air bar in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés. Both a place to relax and a cultural venue, it's a haven of summer tranquillity with artists, pétanque, food, drink and sunshine on the programme.

"L'Été de Levallois is the Parisian beach club experience. It takes place on 'La Plage' in the emblematic Polpo restaurant. This idyllic and exotic setting in the heart of Paris has itself been transformed into a hybrid living space where sport and relaxation coexist at lunchtime and wild parties with DJ sets after dark!

L'Été de LevalLois or de Saint-Germain, the places to be to relax, have fun, eat out, vibrate... with your feet in the sand or in the shade of a hundred-year-old oak!
