Combining food, profitability and social responsibility for a successful experience

We were asked by the Groupe SOS, a major player in social entrepreneurship in France, to support them in various restaurant projects. The major ambition was to reconcile unique experiences, viable business models and the social nature of the venues.


We were therefore involved in defining and modelling the concepts and business models before delegating the operational execution.


The project was carried out in collaboration with the Paris agency Partenaire Particulier.
